Ongoing Support

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is establishing relationships with my clients and working with them on an ongoing basis. After a website or logo project is complete, you’ll have access to my ongoing support packages so I can continue to support your businesses with design.

Through my Ongoing Support program, clients buy hours up front to get priority in my schedule and avoid project minimums. If you’re interested in this, reach out and let’s chat!

Ways we can work together:

Squarespace website udpates: updating your portfolio, adding new pages, posting a blog (with your written content), refreshing services pages, swapping out imagery, menu changes, design updates and more

Squarespace Training: I can use our time to meet virtually or in person to teach you how to accomplish specific things on your website. I can also create video tutorials or provide written instructions.

Printed materials: labels, advertisements, brochures, handouts, flyers, rack cards, business cards and another printed pieces

Branded materials: stickers, t-shirts, vehicle graphics, etc

What I don’t do:

  • Email Marketing

  • Social Media

  • Ecommerce

  • Marketing

FAQs

  • Unfortunately, no. Working with a client on a logo or website project allows me to deep dive into their brand. I don’t have a process put in place for clients that haven’t gone through these steps.

  • While I prefer to work with local clients, I’ve had the pleasure to work with some fantastic clients that aren’t located here. I’m always happy to chat and see if we’ll be a good fit for each other.

  • Ongoing Support clients are not required to buy a bank of hours. You can pay by the project, but you won’t receive the discount.
